Leadership Training
This program is designed to produce the next generation of leaders and leadership for your company. It trains senior managers, business owners, and executives to strengthen their positions and prepares them for senior positions where they will be counted on to play critical roles in their organizations.
Leadership is different than management. Managers typically learn how to manage their team and achieve goals. They have assignments and requirements and they’re paid to produce. Leadership goes beyond management, making something possible that wasn’t predictable, likely, or merely required. Leadership is “stepping out of the box” of the past and stepping boldly into the future.
An elevation of position and authority brings increased compensation and demands accountability for the future of the company. This requires developing leadership skills and abilities that are not taught in MBA programs—and are not necessarily acquired through years of job experience.
The Leadership Program significantly impacts a person’s capacity and ability to lead. Participants are able to develop new perspectives – giving them the ability to see, act, and relate in new ways. The program is customized for each client company and is appropriate for groups ranging from senior executive teams to entire workforce populations.
